Do you have or would like to obtain some nautical knowledge and experience, want to help with website design, marketing, event planning or customer service or simply meet and become a part of a well-knit team?

The vessel is crewed with volunteers with degrees of competency ranging from volunteer deck crew to qualified deck hand and then to engineer and master.

Land based crew also possess a wide variety of experience and competency including finance, administration, marketing, event planning, content writing, customer service and catering.

All regulations on the vessel are under the auspices of the Australian Maritime Safety Authority with some specific rules laid down by the Julie Burgess Inc. operating committee.
